I provide mental health counseling to adult individuals (age 18+).  My sessions are for 53 minutes.  We can discuss the goals, frequency, and number of sessions during our first session.

Individual Counseling

I provide evidence based counseling methodologies as appropriate for the client’s psychological disorder or condition.  I primarily employ a combination of  Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy.

Insurance

I am an approved provider for Medicare, MO Healthnet (Medicaid), Homestate, Ambetter, and Allwell.  I am also an approved provider for Anthem Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Optum / United Healthcare, Cigna / Evernorth, and Aetna.

Cost

My rate is $100 per session, either in-office or tele-health.
